---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
BUFFALO BILLS:
1.26 -- Dalton Kincaid TE Utah: B+ / A-
2.28 -- O'Cyrus Torrence OG Florida: A+
3.28 -- Dorian Williams LB Tulane: B+
5.16 -- Justin Shorter WR Florida: C+
7.13 -- Nick Broeker OG Ole Miss: A-
7.35 -- Alex Austin CB Oregon State: D+
AVERAGE GRADE: B
SUMMARY: The Bills had a solid draft in terms of filling out positional needs like drafting a much-needed guard in O'Cyrus Torrence, but they were not in desperate need of a tight end and they still decided to take Dalton Kincaid. Although Kincaid is a first-round talent and the number one tight end in the draft, Dawson Knox has proven to be a top 10 NFL tight end and the Bills could have taken a guard such as Anton Harrison or Steve Avila, or a receiver such as Jonathan Mingo. Overall, not too shabby.

NEW YORK JETS:
1.15 -- Will McDonald OLB Iowa State: B
2.12 -- Joe Tippmann C Wisconsin: B / B+
4.18 -- Carter Warren OT Pittsburgh: C
5.9 -- Israel Abanikanda RB Pittsburgh: B / B+
6.7 -- Zaire Barnes OLB Western Michigan: C-
7.3 -- Zack Kuntz TE Old Dominion: A-
AVERAGE GRADE: B / B-
SUMMARY: Joe Douglas had a very interesting draft this year with some unusual picks. He picked the third-highest outside linebacker Will McDonald at pick 15 when the Jets were in desperate need of an offensive lineman and very much could have drafted Anton Harrison. The Joe Tippmann pick was much needed since the Jets do need a center, although I believe John Michael-Schmitz was the better option. Running back Israel Abanikanda showed great potential this season and could be used as a return man as well. Zack Kuntz is one of the most athletic guys in this draft class and can be used as a dual-threat option if he were to make the roster.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS:
1.17 -- Christian Gonzalez CB Oregon: A+
2.15-- Keion White EDGE Georgia Tech: B+
3.13 -- Marte Manu ILB Sacramento State: C-
4.5 -- Jake Andrews C Troy: C-
4.10 -- Chad Ryland PK Maryland : D
4.15 -- Sidy Sow OG Eastern Michigan: A-
5.10 -- Atonio Mafi OG UCLA: A
6.10 -- Kayshon Boutte WR LSU: A+
6.15 -- Bryce Barringer P Michigan State: C
6.33 -- Demario Douglas WR Liberty: B-
6.37 -- Ameer Speed CB Michigan State: B+
7.28 -- Isaiah Bolden CB Jackson State: B-
AVERAGE GRADE: A-
SUMMARY: Bill Belichick and his Patriots had a very respectable draft when they stole top cornerback Christian Gonzalez at pick 17 and followed that up with a solid pick in Keion White in the second round. Although they had some odd choices such as linebacker Marte Manu in the third round and place-kicker Chad Ryland in the fourth, they stole top-rated guard, Atonio Mafi in the fifth round and top recruit Kayshon Boutte in the sixth. Overall, very solid draft.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
MIAMI DOLPHINS:
2.20 -- Cam Smith CB South Carolina: B+
3.21 -- Devon Achane RB Texas A&M: B
5.20 -- Elijah Higgins WR Stanford: B
7.21 -- Ryan Hayes OT Michigan: C
AVERAGE GRADE: B
SUMMARY: The Miami Dolphins did not have a first-round pick this year, and in fact, did not have much draft capital in general. They did though draft a great cornerback prospect in Cam Smith, and now they have a top secondary with Jevon Holland, Andrew Wingard, Jalen Ramsey, Xavien Howard, and now Cam Smith. This team has the potential to do very well this season and they added good depth with Devon Achane in the backfield and Elijah Higgins as a fourth wideout threat.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
PITTSBURGH STEELERS:
1.14 -- Broderick Jones OT Georgia: A
2.1 -- Joey Porter CB Penn State: B+
2.18 -- Keanu Benton DT Wisconsin: B
3.30 -- Darnell Washington TE Georgia: A
4.30 -- Nick Herbig DE Wisconsin: B
7.24 -- Corey Trice CB Purdue: C
7.34 -- Spencer Anderson OG Maryland: C-
AVERAGE GRADE: B+
SUMMARY: The Steelers started off dominant with Broderick Jones and followed up with Joey Porter. They picked Keanu Benton in the second which was a bit of a reach, but Darnell Washington at the end of the third was a total steal. Nick Herbig at the end of the fourth was a solid pick and they made two decent last-round picks with Corey Trice and Spencer Anderson.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CLEVELAND BROWNS:
3.11 -- Cedric Tillman WR Tennessee: B / B-
3.35 -- Siaki Ika DT Baylor: C+
4.9 -- Dawand Jones OT Ohio State: A-
4.24 -- Isaiah McGuire DE Missouri: C
5.6 -- Dorian Thompson-Robinson QB UCLA: B-
5.8 -- Cameron Mitchell CB Northwestern: C-
6.13 -- Luke Wypler C Ohio State: B+
AVERAGE GRADE: B / B-
SUMMARY: Cleveland did not have a day 1 pick and did not have a second-rounder. They drafted Cedric Tillman and Siaki Ika in the third and Dawand Jones and Isaiah McGuire in the fourth. These four picks average out for a C / C+ grade which is not anything special. Overall, not a terrible draft, but nothing to be particularly proud of.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
BALTIMORE RAVENS:
1.23 -- Zay Flowers WR Boston College: A+
3.23 -- Trenton Simpson LB Clemson: A
4.22 -- Tavius Robinson OLB Ole Miss: B+
5.22 -- Kyu Blu-Kelly CB Stanford: A
6.22 -- Malaesala Aumavae-Laulu OT Oregon: B-
AVERAGE GRADE: A
SUMMARY: The Ravens killed the early stage of the draft with two great picks (Zay Flowers and Trenton Simpson). Although they missed late on Malaesala Aumavae-Laulu and had a questionable pick in Tavius Robinson, they still performed quite well on day 1 and day 2. Overall, killer draft.
--------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------
CINCINNATI BENGALS:
1.29 -- Myles Murphy EDGE Clemson: A+ / A
2.29 -- DJ Turner CB Michigan: B+
3.32 -- Jordan Battle DB Alabama: A
4.29 -- Charlie Jones WR Purdue: B
5.29 -- Chase Brown RB Illinois: C
6.29 -- Andre Iosivas WR Princeton: B+
6.40 -- Brad Robbins P Michigan: C
7.29 -- DJ Ivey CB Miami: C-
AVERAGE GRADE: B+
SUMMARY: Cincinnati chose Myles Murphy in the first and it was one of the best picks in the draft. DJ Turner and Jordan Battle were solid defensive back choices and Charlie Jones was not a bad fourth-round choice. Myles Murphy is an amazing edge rusher and was projected to be a top-fifteen pick, but dropped to twenty-nine. Zac Taylor and his Bengals absolutely aced this draft.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
TENNESSEE TITANS:
1.11 -- Peter Skoronski OT Northwestern: A
2.2 -- Will Levis QB Kentucky: A+
3.18 -- Tyjae Spears RB Tulane: C
5.13 -- Josh Whyle TE Cincinnati: B+
6.9 -- Jaelyn Duncan OT Maryland: B+
6.40 -- Brad Robbins P Michigan: C
7.11 -- Colton Dowell WR UT Martin: C-
AVERAGE GRADE: B+
SUMMARY: Tennessee had a very interesting draft, to say the least. They chose the safe route in the first with Pete Skoronski from Northwestern who is a day-one starter and has a bright NFL future ahead of him. They stole one of the top QB prospects, Will Levis, in the second and he will be their starter this season. Although they reached on Spears in the third, they followed up with two very solid choices in Josh Whyle and Jaelyn Duncan. Overall, very good draft.
--------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------
HOUSTON TEXANS:
1.2 -- CJ Stroud QB Ohio State: A+
1.3 -- Will Anderson OLB Alabama: A+
2.31 -- Juice Scruggs C Penn State: B+
3.6 -- Tank Dell WR Houston: A-
4.7 -- Dylan Horton EDGE TCU: C
5.33 -- Henry To'oTo'o ILB Alabama: A-
6.24 -- Jarrett Patterson C Notre Dame: B+
6.28 -- Xavier Hutchinson WR Iowa State: A
7.31 -- Brandon Hill S Pittsburgh: B+
AVERAGE GRADE: A
SUMMARY: Houston had one of the best drafts this year and it was not even close. They had two top-three picks and did not miss on either one. They got a franchise quarterback and a dominant pass rusher. They drafted a top-five receiving prospect and another top-fifteen receiving prospect in the sixth round. Overall, unbelievable draft.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS:
1.28 -- Anton Harrison OT Ohio State: A
2.30 -- Brenton Strange TE Penn State: B-
3.25 -- Tank Bigsby RB Auburn: C+
4.19 -- Ventrell Miller ILB Florida: C
4.28 -- Tyler Lacy EDGE Oklahoma State: C-
5.1 -- Yasir Abdullah OLB Louisville: A
5.26 -- Antonio Johnson S Texas A&M: B+
6.8 -- Parker Washington WR Penn State: A
6.25 -- Christian Brasswell CB Rutgers: C
6.31 -- Erick Hallett II S Pittsburgh: B-
7.9 -- Cooper Hodges OG Appalachian State: B
7.10 -- Raymond Vohasek DT North Carolina: B-
7.23 -- Derek Parrish FB Wisconsin: B-
AVERAGE GRADE: B-
SUMMARY: Wow. What a draft. Having the most picks in this year's draft, Jacksonville amassed thirteen picks and five in the first two days. But even with all of these picks, they did not do overwhelmingly well. Anton Harrison was a conservative and good pick and Brenton Strange was not that bad of a choice either. But they did have a handful of questionable picks and I guess we will just have to wait and see.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
INDIANAPOLIS COLTS:
1.4 -- Anthony Richardson QB Florida: A
2.13 -- Julius Brents CB Kansas State: B
3.16 -- Josh Downs WR North Carolina: A+
4.4 -- Blake Freeland OT BYU: B
4.8 -- Adetomiwa Adebawore EDGE Northwestern: A-
5.4 -- Darius Rush CB South Carolina: A
5.24 -- Daniel Scott S Cal: B+
5.28 -- Will Mallory TE Miami: A
5.42 -- Evan Hull RB Northwestern: C+
6.34 -- Titus Leo ILB Wagner: B
7.4 -- Jaylon Jones CB Texas A&M: A+
7.19 -- Jake Witt OT Northern Michigan: C+
AVERAGE GRADE: A-
SUMMARY: What a draft for the Indianapolis Colts. With amazing late steals including Will Mallory and Jaylon Jones and early picks with Anthony Richardson and Josh Downs, the Colts nailed this draft. I think this could be a top-three draft class from this year's draft and the Colts improved their team dramatically.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DENVER BRONCOS:
3.4 -- Drew Sanders ILB Arkansas: A+
3.20 -- Riley Moss CB Iowa: B+
6.6 -- JL Skinner S Boise State: A-
7.40 -- Alex Forsyth S Oregon: C+
AVERAGE GRADE: B+ / B
SUMMARY: Although the Broncos had a great draft, they did not have many picks. Although they had no first or second-round picks and only two-day-three picks, they only missed one pick. Sean Peyton is truly a draft wizard and should pat himself on the back for grabbing Drew Sanders in the third round.
--------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------
KANSAS CITY CHIEFS:
1.32 -- Felix Anudike-Uzomah EDGE Kansas State: A-
2.24 -- Rashee Rice WR SMU: B-
3.29 -- Wayna Morris DT Oklahoma: B+
4.17 -- Chamarri Conner S Virginia Tech: B
5.32 -- BJ Thompson OLB Stephen F. Austin: C+
6.17 -- Keondre Coburn DT Texas: B+
7.33 -- Nic Jones CB Ball State: A-
AVERAGE GRADE: B
SUMMARY: The Chiefs took many conservative choices in this year's draft and strictly drafted off of positional needs, but still missed out on some picks. They needed a wideout and took Rahsee Rice when they could have had Marvin Mims, Josh Downs, or Tank Dell. But in the end, they never had an awful pick and Felix Anudike-Uzomah will be an immediate day-one starter and replacement for Frank Clark and Nic Jones could be this year's Tariq Woolen in Steve Spagnola’s defensive scheme.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
LAS VEGAS RAIDERS:
1.7 -- Tyree Wilson EDGE Texas Tech: A
2.4 -- Michael Mayer TE Notre Dame: A
3.7 -- Byron Young DT Alabama: B
3.37 -- Tre Tucker WR Cincinnati: C-
4.2 -- Jakorian Bennett CB Maryland: A-
4.33 -- Aidan O'Connell QB Purdue: B+
5.36 -- Christopher Smith S Georgia: A-
6.26 -- Amari Burney OLB Florida: B
7.14 -- Nesta Jade Silvera DT Arizona State: B
AVERAGE GRADE: A-
SUMMARY: Raiders general manager Dave Ziegler had one of the best draft classes this year and it all started with Tyree Wilson in the first (could be the next Khalil Mack) and Michael Mayer in the second to replace Darren Waller. They drafted Byron Young in the third who although he has great potential, it was a bit of a reach. But in the fourth round, they stole Marylands Jakorian Bennett and drafted Georgias Christopher Smith in the fifth round, when he was projected to be a day-two selection.
--------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------
LOS ANGELES CHARGERS:
1.22 -- Quentin Johnston WR TCU: B+
2.23 -- Tuli Tuipulotu OLB USC: B
3.22 -- Daiyan Henley ILB Washington State: A
4.23 -- Derius Davis WR TCU: C+
5.22 -- Jordan McFadden OG Clemson: A
6.23 -- Scott Matlock DT Boise State: B+
7.22 -- Max Duggan QB TCU: B-
AVERAGE GRADE: B
SUMMARY: The Chargers did one thing this draft and that was to not miss any draft choice. They attacked TCU prospects and chose Quentin Johnston, his quarterback Max Duggan, and TCU's number two wideout Derius Davis. Although Davis and Duggan were slight reaches, perhaps the Chargers know something that we do not. Tuli Tuipulotu was a great choice and Daiyan Henkey falling to the late third was great value for the Chargers.
--------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------
NEW YORK GIANTS:
1.25 -- Deonte Banks CB Maryland: A-
2.26 -- John Michael-Schmitz C Minnesota: A
3.10 -- Jalin Hyatt WR Tennessee: A+
5.38 -- Eric Gray RB Oklahoma: B
6.32 -- Tre Hawkins CB Old Dominion: B
7.26 -- Jordan Riley DT Oregon: B
7.37 -- Gervarrius Owens S Houston: A
AVERAGE GRADE: A
SUMMARY: Joe Schoen absolutely aced this draft with his first three picks all being the best possible picks for positional needs. Even accounting for drafting the best players overall, these three players would be at the top of those lists. They are all top five prospects at their position with Schmitz being a future franchise center and Banks being one of the most athletic corners in this class. Snagging Owens in the last round and Eric Gray in the fifth was just icing on the cake.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DALLAS COWBOYS:
1.27-- Mazi Smith DT Michigan: A-
2.27 -- Luke Schoonmaker TE Michigan: C+
3.27 -- DeMarvion Overshown ILB Texas: A
4.27 -- Villami Fehoko EDGE San Jose State: B+
5.35 -- Asim Richards OT North Carolina: A
6.1 -- Eric Scott CB Southern Miss: B
6.35 -- Deuce Vaughn RB Kansas State: B+
7.27 -- Jalen Brooks WR South Carolina: B-
AVERAGE GRADE: B+
SUMMARY: Every year Cowboys drafting duo Jerry Jones and Will McClay walk into the draft knowing what they are going to do and it always ends with very few misses. This year was just like any other year besides for the huge miss on reaching for Luke Schoonmaker in the second round to replace Dalton Schultz when he was a projected day three pick and choosing him over better tight end prospects such as Darnell Washington and Tucker Kraft. Besides this miss, the Cowboys clearly walked out of the draft pleased with their choices and are aiming to make another playoff run this season.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PHILADEPHIA EAGLES:
1.9 -- Jalen Carter DL Georgia: A+++
1.30 -- Nolan Smith LB Georgia: A
3.2 -- Tyler Steen OT Alabama: B
3.3 -- Sydney Brown S Illinois: A-
4.3 -- Kelee Ringo CB Georgia: A
6.11 -- Tanner McKee QB Stanford: B+
7.32 -- Moro Ojomo EDGE Texas: A
AVERAGE GRADE: A
SUMMARY: The Georgia Eagles, my bad, Philadelphia Eagles, won this draft without a doubt. Howie Roseman is without a doubt one of the best general managers the NFL has ever seen in years and once again has found a way to destroy his opponents in the draft. He missed on zero picks this year, took a top three prospect at nine, and won this draft. End of story.
--------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------
WASHINGTON COMMANDERS:
1.16 -- Emmanuel Forbes CB Mississippi State: A- / B+
2.16 -- Jartavius Martin S Illinois: B
3.34 -- Ricky Stromberg C Arkansas: B+
4.16 -- Braeden Daniels OG Utah: A
5.3 -- KJ Henry EDGE Clemson: B-
6.16 -- Chris Rodriguez RB Kentucky: B
7.16 -- Andre Jones OLB Louissiana: B
AVERAGE GRADE: B+
SUMMARY: Another year, another odd draft for other Washington Commanders. They were in desperate need for a quarterback with only Sam Howell and Jacoby Brissett in their locker room as a real option, and passed up on choosing Will Levis and even Dorian Thompson-Robinson in the fifth when they traded up just to reach on Clemson’s KJ Henry. But, I have to admit that they did not have any bad picks based off of draft value, but definitely missed out on drafting for positional needs.
--------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------
DETROIT LIONS:
1.12 -- Jahmyr Gibbs RB Alabama: B
1.18 -- Jack Campbell ILB Iowa: B-
2.3 -- Sam LaPorta TE Iowa: B
2.14 -- Brian Branch DB Alabama: A
3.5 -- Hendon Hooker QB Tennessee: B+
3.33 -- Brodric Martin DT Western Kentucky: B+
5.18 -- Colby Sorsdal OT William & Mary: C
7.2 -- Antoine Green WR North Carolina: A+
AVERAGE GRADE: B
SUMMARY: Well the Lions for sure did something different this year. They had two first round picks and took questionable picks with both. They had just signed David Montgomery and still chose running back Jahmyr Gibbs at twelve. They followed that up with a positional need choice in Jake Campbell. Although Campbell was the number one inside linebacker prospect in this class, he was not projected to go this high. They needed to replace TJ Hockenson and did that by choosing Iowa's Sam LaPorta, but reached on Hendon Hooker in the third when they already have well-established quarterback Jared Goff. But they did steal Brian Branch in the mid second round and stole deep threat Antoine Green in the last round who might be an impactful player this season. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CHICAGO BEARS:
1.10 -- Darnell Wright OT Tennessee: B+
2.22 -- Gervon Dexter DT Florida: C+
2.25 -- Tyrique Stevenson CB Miami: B+
3.1 -- Zacch Pickens EDGE South Carolina: B
4.13 -- Roschon Johnson RB Texas: B+
4.31 -- Tyler Scott WR Cincinnati: B
5.14 -- Noah Sewell LB Oregon: A
5.31 -- Terrell Smith CB Minnesota: B
7.1 -- Travis Bell DT Kennesaw State: C+
AVERAGE GRADE: B
SUMMARY: The Bears traded down prior to the draft hoping to have Jalen Carter fall in their laps at ten, but Howie Roseman prevented that from happening. They took the safe route and snagged a franchise tackle in Darnell Wright who is already pro ready and had two second round choices where they took Florida DT Gervon Dexter and Miami corner Tyrique Stevenson. Neither of these were astonishing picks, but nothing too risky. Stealing Noah Sewell in the fifth and Roschon Johnson in the fourth was the highlight of their draft as they have a bright future for the Bears. Solid draft.
--------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------
GREEN BAY PACKERS:
1.13 -- Lukas Van Ness EDGE Iowa: B-
2.11 -- Luke Musgrave TE Oregon State: B+
2.19 -- Jayden Reed WR Michigan State: B+
3.15 -- Tucker Kraft TE South Dakota State: F
4.14 -- Colby Wooden DT Auburn: C+
5.15 -- Sean Clifford QB Penn State: C-
5.25 -- Dontayvion Wicks WR Virginia: A-
6.2 -- Karl Brooks EDGE Bowling Green: A-
7.15 -- Carrington Valentine CB Kentcuky: B
7.18 -- Lew Nichols RB Central Michigan: C+
7.25 -- Anthony Johnson S Iowa State: B
7.39 -- Grant DuBose WR Charlotte: C+
AVERAGE GRADE: C+
SUMMARY: What was this draft? Honestly I have no clue. The Packers started off with a reach at Lukas Van Ness, but that was not the end of it. They chose two tight ends in the second and third round and although Luke Musgrave is a great prospect, they wasted a pick on Tucker Kraft. I like the Jayden Reed, Karl Brooks, and Dontayvion Wicks picks, but why waste an early fifth rounder on Sean Clifford and a fourth on Colby Wooden? Just does not make any sense to me. Odd draft for the Packers of Green Bay.
--------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------
MINNESOTA VIKINGS:
1.24 -- Jordan Addison WR USC: A / A-
3.39 -- Mekhi Blackmon CB USC: C
4.32 -- Jay Ward S LSU: B+
5.7 -- Jaquelin Roy DT LSU: B
5.30 -- Jaren Hall QB BYU: B+
7.5 -- DeWayne McBride RB UAB: A-
AVERAGE GRADE: B+
SUMMARY: Solid draft for the Vikings. They were in need of a receiver two and took the deep threat speedster Jordan Addison. Great pick. But they did reach on Mekhi Blackmon in the third which was just the wrong pick to make. They need a new backup quarterback that could be the future starter and Jaren Hall might be that guy. They needed a new backup for Alexander Mattison since Dalvin Cook is gone and DeWayne McBride is a great option coming out of UAB. Jay Ward and Jaquelin Roy both played well at LSU and could be impactful players for the Vikings and will get lots of reps this season.
--------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------
TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS:
1.19 -- Calijah Kancey DT Pittsburgh: B+
2.17 -- Cody Mauch OT North Dakota State: A
3.19 -- YaYa Diaby EDGE Louisville: B-
5.19 -- SirVocea Dennis ILB Pittsburgh: B
5.37 -- Payne Durham TE Purdue: B-
6.3 -- Josh Hayes CB Kansas State: B
6.14 -- Trey Palmer WR Nebraska: B+
6.19 -- Jose Ramirez OLB Eastern Michigan: A-
AVERAGE GRADE: B+
SUMMARY: Tampa Bay did not necessarily need a quarterback after signing Baker Mayfield this season, but they very well could have drafted Will Levis instead of Calijah Kancey. Kancey has the potential to be one of the best run stoppers in the NFL but he also could very well be a bust, questionable pick. Cody Mauch was a great pick and could be a franchise offensive lineman for the Buccs and Jose Ramirez in the sixth round will be an impactful rusher.
--------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------
CAROLINA PANTHERS:
1.1 -- Bryce Young QB Alabama: A
3.17 -- DJ Johnson OLB Oregon: B+
4.12 -- Chandler Zavala OG NC State: A+
5.11-- Jammie Robinson S Florida State: B
AVERAGE GRADE: A- *little amount of draft picks*
SUMMARY: A short but noteworthy draft, the Panthers had a great draft all around. They took their future franchise quarterback with the first pick Bryce Young and had a solid pick with DJ Johnson in the third. They stole their future franchise guard in Chandler Zavala in the fourth and added defensive back depth with Jammie Robinson in the fifth. Great drafting by the Carolina Panthers.
--------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------
ATLANTA FALCONS:
1.8 -- Bijan Robinson RB Texas: A
2.7 -- Matthew Bergeron OT Syracuse: B+ / B
3.12 -- Zach Harrison EDGE Ohio State: B / B-
4.11 -- Clark Phillips CB Utah: B+
7.7 -- DeMarcco Hellams S Alabama: A+
7.8 -- Jovaughn Gwynn OG South Carolina: B-
AVERAGE GRADE: A-
SUMMARY: Great draft for the Falcons who picked future pro bowl running back in Bijan Robinson and their franchise tackle in Syracuses' Matthew Bergeron. They chose the lengthy edge rusher from Ohio State Zach Harrison in the third along with fourth round selection, Utah’s' defensive back Clark Phillips. Phillips was a great pick and will be a solid corner along with star AJ Terrell and Zach Harrison has good potential. Good draft for Atlanta.
--------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------
NEW ORLEANS SAINTS:
1.30 -- Bryan Breese DT Clemson: B+
2.9 -- Isaiah Foskey EDGE Notre Dame: B
3.8 -- Kendre Miller RB TCU: C+
4.1 -- Nick Saldiveri OT Old Dominion: B
4.25 -- Jake Haener QB Fresno State: B+
5.12 -- Jordan Howden S Minnesota: B
6.18 -- A.T. Perry WR Wake Forrest: B-
AVERAGE GRADE: B / B-
SUMMARY: The Saints chose Clemson’s Bryan Breese in the first round and it was not a bad choice. It may have not been the best pick, but it was definitely not the worst. Isaiah Foskey and Kendre Miller are decent day two picks, but they were not positional needs. Nick Saldiveri could be a future starter and Jake Haener might be the Saints’ future quarterback. A.T. Perry is a solid threat on the outside and Jordan Howden adds safety depth.
SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS:
3.24 -- Ji'Ayir Brown S Penn State: A
3.36 -- Jake Moody PK Michigan: B / B-
3.38 -- Cameron Latu TE Alabama: B- / C+
5.21 -- Darrell Luter Jr CB South Alabama: B-
5.39 -- Robert Beal EDGE Georgia: B+
6.39 -- Dee Winters ILB TCU: A-
7.30 -- Brayden Willis TE Oklahoma: B-
7.36 -- Ronnie Bell WR Michigan: B+
7.38 -- Jalen Graham OLB Purdue: B
AVERAGE GRADE: B / B-
SUMMARY: Odd draft for the 49ers. They did not have a pick until the third round, but they capitalized. They had three third round picks and chose Ji'Ayir Brown, Jake Moody, and Cameron Latu. Brown will be a day one starter, Moody is the future kicker and replaces Robbie Gould for this upcoming season, and Cameron Latu can be a very good backup for the injury prone star George Kittle. They then had six picks after the fourth round and all six were not bad picks. Good draft for John Lynch and the 49ers.
--------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------
SEATTLE SEAHAWKS:
1.5 -- Devon Witherspoon CB Illinois: A
1.20 -- Jaxon Smith-Njigba WR Ohio State: A
2.6 -- Derrick Hall OLB Auburn: A-
2.21 -- Zach Charbonnet RB UCLA: B+
4.6 -- Anthony Bradford OG LSU: A-
4.21 -- Cameron Young DT Mississippi State: B+
5.17 -- Mike Morris EDGE Michigan: B+
6.21 -- Jerrick Reed S New Mexico: B
7.20 -- Kenny McIntosh RB Georgia: B
AVERAGE GRADE: A
SUMMARY: The Seahawks aced this draft and had a great day one and a great day two. They chose a future star corner in Devon Witherspoon at number five overall and a future star receiver in Jaxon Smith-Njigba who will be their third receiver! Derrick Hall has good potential and will start this year and Zach Charbonnet will take some snaps at running back and could be a good backup for Kenneth Walker.
--------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------
ARIZONA CARDINALS:
1.6 -- Paris Johnson Jr OT Ohio State: A
2.10 -- BJ Ojulari OLB LSU: A-
3.9 -- Garrett Williams CB Syracuse: B+
3.31 -- Michael Wilson WR Stanford: B-
4.20 -- Jon Gaines OG UCLA: B+ / B
5.5 -- Clayton Tune QB Houston: B- / C+
5.31 -- Owen Pappoe ILB Auburn: A
6.3 -- Kei'Trel Clark CB Louisville: B-
6.36 -- Dante Stills DT West Vriginia: B-
AVERAGE GRADE: B+
SUMMARY: The Cardinals actually had a very productive draft, filling in gaps in positions and adding tons of offensive line protection for Kyler Murray. They attempted to find a temporary replacement for DeAndre Hopkins and reached on Michael Wilson, but that and taking Clayton Tune in the fifth were their only flaws in this draft.
--------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------
LOS ANGELES RAMS:
2.5 -- Steve Avila OG TCU: A
3.14 -- Byron Young EDGE Tennessee: B
3.26 -- Kobbie Turner DT Wake Forrest: C+
4.26 -- Stetson Bennett QB Georgia: B
5.40 -- Warren McLendon OT Georgia: B+
5.41 -- Davis Allen TE Clemson: A-

SUMMARY: Tied for most picks in this year’s NFL Draft, the Rams did not fail. They had some good picks including their future franchise offensive guard Steve Avila, Clemson tight end Davis Allen, TCU corner Tre'Vius Hodges-Tomlinson, and Georgia offensive linemen Warren McLendon. With that being said, I think there was room for improvement and the Rams missed on some picks like Kobbie Turner and Byron Young. But in the end, this was a very good draft.
